Sarah is a creative and strategic thinker who relishes the challenge of working with complex organisations on complex issues to bring about change. She is often heard to say ‘I love organisations!’. Her particular passion and expertise is in collaborating with organisations of all kinds to help them achieve real benefit from diversity and inclusion. CIPD qualified, with a first degree in Philosophy and a Masters in gender and social policy, Sarah is currently studying for a Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London.

Sarah spent seven years as Head of Diversity and Inclusion for KPMG, the global accounting firm, where she was responsible for diversity, inclusion and employee engagement across a 30,000 workforce in ten European countries. Her experience of working directly with leaders at the most senior levels, as well as with HR practitioners and managers in the field, means she understands first hand what it takes to recruit, retain and develop diverse talent right across the business. Sarah combines her commercial experience with a background in the not-for-profit sector. She is a Trustee of Relate, the UK relationship charity, and an external adviser on diversity to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
